Why We Exist
Career Explore International was established in response to a growing need for structured, equitable, and future-focused career guidance across African education systems. While aspirations among young people continue to rise, access to informed guidance, exposure, and clear pathways remains uneven.
CEI works with schools, training institutions, governments, and partner organisations to design and deliver career development programmes that are practical, scalable, and contextually relevant. Our work spans learner engagement, educator support, institutional advisory, and system-level collaboration.
Grounded in international best practice and informed by local realities, CEI focuses on helping learners move from uncertainty to clarity, and from aspiration to informed action.
